<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Perez Landscaping is on-site performing the remaining
landscape restoration that could not be completed last year. The
contractor will install sod in locations not previously done and make any
repairs to damaged sod due to the utility improvements completed. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The ComEd Electric and Nicor Gas utility improvements are
nearing completion. They are currently expecting to be completed with their
improvements in the first part of May.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">ComEd improvements are completed with the exception of a few
connections between the existing and new systems throughout the
neighborhood. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<span style="font-family: Calibri;"></span><br />
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Nicor Gas mainline and service improvements are also
completed. The only remaining work associated with the Nicor Gas improvements
is transferring from the old to the new services lines at each individual home.
Notifications have been provided to each resident instructing you to contact
Nicor directly to schedule a time for these connections. If you have not
received a notification or have not scheduled an appointment, please do so at
your earliest convenience. Please contact Russ Jensen with the Village of

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The last few weeks the contractor has been trying to get as
much of the project completed as possible prior to the construction season
ending. The cold weather we experienced over the past few weeks came a little
sooner than expected. Nonetheless, all the work anticipated to be completed was
done.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The concrete curb & gutter and first layer of asphalt
pavement was completed on Westview Road from the cul-de-sac to Glenarye Drive
prior to the Thanksgiving Holiday.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The asphalt pavement surface layer was installed on Central
Road, Glendale Drive, and Westview Road. A temporary asphalt surface layer was
installed along Glenayre Drive at Glenview. The restoration of asphalt
driveways was also completed.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Other work completed through the week included landscape
grading and installation of topsoil, pouring benches in manholes, installing
chimney seals in manholes, removing debris from catch basins and inlets,
adjusting fire hydrant elevations, general site clean-up, and removing
equipment from job site. The contractor also installed a strip of erosion
control blanket approximately 3 feet wide adjacent to the concrete curb &
gutter where the sod will not be installed this year. This is be prevent
washout of the topsoil on the roadway. The concrete contractor also applied a
protective coating on the concrete curb & gutter, driveways, and sidewalks.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Anticipated work to be completed this construction season

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Following the installation of the concrete curb & gutter
the week of November 3<span style="font-size: x-small;">rd</span>, the contractor continued with the roadway
reconstruction of Glendale Drive from Central Road to Westview Road. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Last week, the first layer of asphalt pavement was installed
along the remaining portions of Central Road and Glendale Drive from Central
Road to Westview Road. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The contractor also continued with landscape grading,
installing topsoil, and laying sod along Central Road and Glendale Drive The
contractor will continue with landscape restoration this week with the hopes of
having all the sod installed by the end of the week in this area. The sod will
be evaluated again in the spring to ensure a healthy stand of grass is
established and repair any areas that have settled. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">By the end of this week, the contractor is anticipating to
have all of the underground utility work completed associated with this
project. There are only a few minor items remaining to be completed. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The contractor also started the roadway reconstruction
process along Westview Road from the west end towards Glenayre Drive. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">This week, the schedule includes concrete curb & gutter
being installed along Westview Road on Monday or Tuesday, November 17<span style="font-size: x-small;">th</span>
or 18<span style="font-size: x-small;">th</span>. The contractor will continue with the roadway grading
following the concrete curb & gutter installation. The first layer of
asphalt pavement is currently scheduled for the end of this week or beginning
of the week of November 24<span style="font-size: x-small;">th</span>. It is anticipated the first layer of
asphalt will be installed along Westview Road prior to the Thanksgiving
Holiday. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The current schedule includes installing the final asphalt
surface layer on all roadways with concrete curb & gutter that have been
previously paved with the first layer of asphalt. This work is scheduled for
the first week of December. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">As evident by the falling temperatures, the construction
season is coming to an end. The contractor is committed to getting as much work
completed this year as possible and weather permits. We are still evaluating
the extents of the work that will be completed. Whatever roadway reconstruction
is not completed this year, a temporary asphalt surface will be installed for
easier travel and snow-plowing operations. The roadway improvements will then
be completed in 2015 and the temporary asphalt will remain in place until the
roadway is reconstructed. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Thank you again for all your patience and understanding
throughout the entire construction process, it has been greatly appreciated. We
do understand what a huge inconvenience living in and around a construction
site can be. We hope you are satisfied with the end result as the asphalt
pavement and landscape restoration is being completed. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Roadway reconstruction of Glendale Drive began last
week. The contractor started approximately 3/4 of the way north of
Central Road and worked south towards Central Road. It is anticipated this
portion of the roadways will be excavated and new aggregate base installed by
the end of the week.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">This week, the contractor will return to where they started
on Glendale Drive and work north towards Westview Road. The contractor is
anticipating to have this portion of the roadway excavated and new aggregate
base installed prior to Wednesday.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The major work operation scheduled for this week is the
installation of concrete curb & gutter. The concrete curb & gutter will
be installed along the remaining portions of Central Road and along Glendale
Drive from Central Road to Westview Road. The current schedule is for
string-line to be installed on Wednesday, November 5<span style="font-size: x-small;">th</span>. Grading of
aggregate base and structure adjustments on Thursday. Pour concrete curb &
gutter on Friday. We are requesting all residents be out of their driveways by
Wednesday, November 5<span style="font-size: x-small;">th</span> starting at 7:00 AM to facilitate this
construction. Residents will not be allowed back into their driveways for
approximately 1 week. We ask that you park your vehicles on the north side of
Central Road, south side of Westview Road (west of Glendale Drive only), and
west side of Glenayre Drive. Residents will be able to park on the east side of
Glendale Drive during the overnight hours, but we ask that all vehicles be
moved by 7:00 AM each morning. We are requesting these parking locations
due to the width of the roadways and on-going construction. If you require
handicap access please contact Russ Jensen or Chris Baumann so we can make
arrangements. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">We understand the significant inconvenience the upcoming
work is causing to your daily lives. We thank you in advance for your patience
and understanding during this time.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">This past week, DiMeo Brothers continued with the
installation of the new storm sewer along Glendale Drive from Central Road
north to Westview Road. The contractor has completed the storm sewer
installation along Glendale and will begin working on Westview Road next week.
<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Next week, the storm sewer crew will begin at the
intersection of Westview Road and Glendale Drive and work west on Westview Road
towards the cul-de-sac. The contractor will then begin working east on Westview
Road from Glendale Drive towards Glenayre Drive. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Roadway reconstruction of Glendale Drive will begin on
Monday, October 27<span style="font-size: x-small;">th</span>. The contractor will start approximately
3/4 of the way north of Central Road and work south towards Central Road. Once
this portion is completed, the contractor will return to where they started and
work north to Westview Road. Driveway restrictions and partial roadway closures
are anticipated during this process during working hours. Residents will be
allowed to access their driveways every night. The contractor will notify
residents prior to restricting access to their driveways and provide them with
the best way to enter and leave the neighborhood. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Concrete curb & gutter along Central Road and Glendale
Road is scheduled for November 5<span style="font-size: x-small;">th</span><span style="color: #1f497d; mso-themecolor: dark2;">.</span> During this time, driveway access will be
restricted for approximately 1 week. Residents will be notified of exact timing
and parking options as the construction dates are finalized. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Residents in the neighborhood have been notified via a
letter from the Village regarding the upcoming work schedule and will be
updated as the work progresses.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Thank you for your patience and understanding as you deal
with the construction operations in your neighborhood. The upcoming weeks will
be challenging as driveway closures will be wide-spread and effect a
significant amount of residents. We thank you in advance for your understanding
and patience. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Last week, DiMeo Brothers continued with the
installation of the new storm sewer along Glendale Drive from Central Road
north to Westview Road. The contractor is currently concentrating on the storm
sewer mainline and installation of catch basins and inlets. The contractor has
also continued to install storm sewer services along Glendale Drive. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">It is anticipated the contractor will complete the storm
sewer installation along Glendale Drive this week. The contractor will then
begin installation of the storm sewer along Westview Road from Glendale Drive
west to the cul-de-sac. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The contractor is anticipating to begin roadway
reconstruction on the south end of Glendale Drive at Central Road and working
to the north the week of October 27<span style="font-size: x-small;">th</span>. This work will consist of
excavating the roadway, installing new aggregate base course, concrete curb
& gutter, and asphalt pavement. <b>Residents will be notified prior to this
work beginning and informed of any potential driveway restrictions.</b> <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">We would like to express our gratitude to all the residents
who live within the neighborhood as they have dealt with the construction
operations, especially last week. The rainy conditions posed a huge challenge
to the contractor and made the roadways extremely sloppy. Please be assured we
are doing everything possible to clean them and provide dry surface to drive
on. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

service installations will begin later this week and continue next week. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Next week the contractor will continue to install the
mainline storm sewer along Glenedale Drive towards Westview Road. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Once the contractor gets to Westview Drive, they will begin
the roadway reconstruction process on the south side of Glendale Drive at
Central Road and work north behind the storm sewer installation crew.<o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">This past week, DiMeo Brothers completed the water
service and sanitary sewer service installation along Glendale Drive and
Westview Road. The contractor also completed the final connections / disconnections
from the existing water main to the new water main. At this point, there does
not appear to be any reason for additional scheduled water main shut-downs. The
water main improvements are completed. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The landscape contractor also completed the installation and
grading of topsoil and installation of sod along Central Road last week. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">As the public utility conflicts are now resolved, DiMeo
Brothers will begin installation of the storm sewer next week along Glendale
Drive starting at Central Road and working north toward Westview Road. During
the storm sewer installation, the contractor will be closing the roadway to all
traffic during working hours in the vicinity of where they are working for that
day. Those residents who live on Glendale Drive, we are asking that you drive
around the construction area as much as possible utilizing Glenayre
Drive. When the work is adjacent to your property, access to your
driveway will be restricted. The contractor will attempt to notify you prior to
restricting access to your driveway to allow you to make arrangement to move
cars or park elsewhere. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The Village has made contact with the school districts and
bus companies regarding this roadway closure. Thank you for your understanding
with the inconvenience this is causing to your family. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">This past week, DiMeo Brothers continued with the
water service and sanitary sewer service installation along Glendale Drive and
Westview Road. Service replacement is anticipated to be completed by the end of
the week. The landscape contractor was also on-site last week installing
and grading topsoil as well as installing sod along Central Road. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Next week, the contractor will begin installation of the

<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">We would like to thank you in advance for inconvenience
caused due to the road closures along Glendale Drive. Thank you also for your
patience during the interruptions in water service during water main and
service installation. There will likely be additional interruptions to your
water service as the final connections are made and the old water main is
abandoned. Residents will be notified prior to any scheduled water service
shut-downs. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">This past week, DiMeo Brothers continued the roadway
reconstruction process along Central Road from Glendridge Drive to Glendale
Drive in preparation for asphalt pavement and asphalt paving on Friday.<o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The major item of construction last week was the
installation of the first two layers of asphalt pavement along Central Road from
Glenridge Drive to Glendale Drive. The third, and final, surface layer of
asphalt pavement will be installed later in the year once the construction
along the other roadways in completed. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">This week, the contractor will continue to install water
services and sanitary sewer services to each resident along Glendale Drive.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">New water services will be installed from the new water main
to the existing b-box within the Village right-of-way. New services will <u>not</u>
be installed all the way to your home. During water service installation, water
to individual homes will be turned off while the transition is made. Typically
the water is turned off for 1-hour. The contractor will knock on the door of
each home prior to turning off the water. It is difficult to determine the
exact timing of the water shut-off; therefore, 24-hour notice is not given. The
contractor will work with you to determine the best time to shut-off the water
to the greatest extent possible. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The major item of construction this week was the
installation of concrete curb & gutter Central Road from Glenridge Drive to
Glendale Drive.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Also this week, the contractor continued to make the
sanitary sewer repairs and replace sanitary sewer services along Glendale Drive
and Westview Road. It is anticipated this work will be completed early next
week.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The newly installed water main along Westview and Glendale
was also tested this week. Once the test results are received, the contractor
will begin installing new water services to all the homes in this area. We
expect to have the necessary approvals by Monday.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Next week, the contractor will begin preparing the Central
Road for asphalt pavement. The contractor will begin fine grading the existing
aggregate base materials. It is anticipated that asphalt paving will occur mid
next week. This will be a major milestone for those residents who live along
Central Road.<s><span style="color: #1f497d; mso-themecolor: dark2;"><o:p></o:p></span></s></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">We anticipate for new water services to begin being
installed early next week along Westview Road and Glendale Drive. As mentioned in
previous posts, new water services will be installed from the new water main to
the existing b-box within the Village right-of-way. New services will <u>not</u>

<br />
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">We would like to express our gratitude again to those
residents that have been without access to their driveways during the concrete
curb & gutter preparation, installation, and curing process. The Village
understands the inconvenience this causes to your daily lives and appreciates
your patience. The Village also understands the inconvenience of your
water service being shut off during the water main service installation
process. Please understand everything possible will be done to limit the amount
of time your water is turned off.<o:p></o:p></span><br />

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">This past week, DiMeo Brothers completed the main line water
main installation along the entire project. The next step is to perform the
required testing prior to placing the main into service and installing new
water services to each home. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Last week also saw the beginning of roadway reconstruction
along Central Road from Glenridge Drive to Glenayre Drive. The process has
consisted of removing materials below the existing pavement, removing and
replacing additional unsuitable materials below the proposed pavement, and
installing a new layer of aggregate base materials.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">While residents living within the daily work area will not
have access to their driveway during working hours, access will be restored
prior at the end of each day. We will notify each resident prior to access
being restricted. In the case of an emergency, please speak with the
contractor or engineer on-site and we will allow access as quickly as possible.
We appreciate your understanding during the road reconstruction process and
inconvenience this is causing to your daily lives. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">A second underground utility crew also began removing and
replacing the existing sanitary sewer manholes along the project and installing
new PVC sanitary sewer services along Westview Road.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Next week DiMeo Brothers will continue to reconstruct
Central Road from Glenridge Drive to Glendale Drive. The contractor is
anticipating to prepare for and install the new concrete curb & gutter on
both sides of Central Road mid next week. During concrete curb & gutter
installation, access will be restricted to driveways for up to 1 week while the
roadway is graded and the concrete is poured and allowed to properly cure. <span style="color: #1f497d;"> </span><b>Residents will be notified of exact
dates, restrictions on accessing your driveways, and parking instructions in
the very near future once plans are finalized.</b><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Next week, the contractor will also perform the necessary
testing on the newly installed water main. Once the water main has passed the
necessary tests, new water services will be installed to each home. New water
services will be installed from the new water main to the existing b-box within
the Village right-of-way. New services will <u>not</u> be installed all the way
to your home. During water service installation, water to individual homes will
be turned off while the transition is made. Typically the water is turned off
for 1-hour. The contractor will knock on the door of each home prior to turning
off the water. It is difficult to determine the exact timing of the water
shut-off; therefore, 24-hour notice is not given. The contractor will work with
you to determine the best time to shut-off the water to the greatest extent
possible. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Also next week, the contractor will continue to replace
existing sanitary sewer manholes and sanitary sewers services along Westview
Road and Glendale Drive. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">We understand all residents are greatly affected by the
construction in the area from the difficulty in getting around, not having
access to your driveways, and water shut-downs. Please understand, the Village
is committed to minimizing these inconveniences and giving as much notice as
possible so you may plan accordingly. The Village must also consider the
impacts of reducing some of the inconveniences versus completing the project
has quickly and efficiently as possible. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">This past week, DiMeo Brothers continued with the water main
installation along Westview Road from the westerly end to Glenayre Drive and
toward Glenview Road. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The contractor is anticipating to make the connection at the
existing water main that crosses under Glenview Road early next week. To make
the connection, the water main in the area will need to be turned off. <b>Residents
affected by the shut-down will be notified prior to water service being
disrupted. </b><o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Also last week, the contractor installed storm sewer
services to the residents along Central Road. If the resident had an existing
storm sewer service or drain, it was reconnected to the new service in the same
location. If no existing storm service was present, the contractor installed a
stub at each property for future connection by the homeowner. Should a
homeowner wish to install a storm sewer service on their private property
and/or connect to the storm sewer, please contact the Village of Glenview to
determine the actions needed and permits required prior to installing the
system. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Next week, the contractor will connect to the existing water
main along Glenview Road and begin the necessary testing prior to connecting
homes to the new water main. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The contractor will also begin installing new sanitary sewer
services and manholes along Glendale Drive. A new 6-inch PVC sanitary
sewer service will be installed to each residence along Glendale Drive. The new
sanitary sewer service will be connected directly to the existing sanitary
sewer service and placed in the same location. There will be no disruption to
your sanitary sewer during this process. If possible, we do ask that you limit
your water usage during the new sanitary sewer service installation.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Central Road roadway reconstruction including removing the
existing soils under the roadway, installing new aggregate base, concrete curb

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">This past week, DiMeo Brothers completed the new storm sewer
along Central Road between Glendale Drive and Glenridge Drive. The contractor
also started the new water main installing along Glendale Drive starting at
Central Road and moving north towards Westview Road. During the water
main installation, there will be some scheduled water main shut downs.
Residents will be notified prior to any scheduled disruption in water service. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">As always with underground utility construction, the
potential of water main breaks is always present. Should this occur, the water
main will need to turned off to repair the damage. Every effort will be made to
notify those effected residents as soon as possible. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Next week, the contractor will continue to install water
main along Glendale Drive from Central Road up to Westview Road. The contractor
will also install the storm sewer services to those homes adjacent to the
Central Road storm sewer.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Once the storm sewer services and remaining underground
utility work is completed along Central Road, the contractor will begin roadway
reconstruction in this area. The roadway reconstruction will include removing
the existing asphalt pavement and soils below the pavement, installing an
aggregate base course, concrete curb & gutter, and asphalt pavement. The
process will take a few weeks to complete, but could begin near the end of next
week. Residents will be notified of any access restrictions to their driveways
during the roadway reconstruction process. <o:p></o:p></span></div>
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Thank you again for your understanding and patience as you
deal with living within a construction area. The Village is committed to doing
everything possible to minimize the inconveniences associated with
construction. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

<span style="font-family: Calibri;">This past week, DiMeo Brothers continued to install the new
storm sewer along Central Road between Glenayre Drive and Glenridge Drive. The
contractor continued to install the mainline storm sewer and the cross-street
inlets and catch basins that will eventually be within the new concrete curb
& gutter. <o:p></o:p></span><br />
<br />
<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">Next week, the contractor will continue to install storm
sewer along Central Road between Glendale Drive and Glenridge Drive. The
contractor will primarily focus on the cross street catch basins and inlets on
the north side of Central Road and the piping that connects them to the
mainline storm sewer on the south side of the roadway. Due to the contractor
excavating across the roadway, getting through Central Road will be
increasingly more difficult as the construction progresses. The roadway will be
opened to traffic at the end of each working day. <o:p></o:p></span></div>

on work progress, the contractor may begin installing the new water main along
Glendale Drive next week as well.<o:p></o:p></span></span></div>

<div class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0in 0in 0pt;">
<span style="font-family: Calibri;">The Village is requesting that if you have not contacted

sewer service connection within your property, please do so at your earliest
convenience. Russ can be contacted at 847-904-4418 or </span><a href="mailto:rjensen@glenview.il.us"><span style="color: windowtext;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">rjensen@glenview.il.us</span></span></a><span style="font-family: Calibri;">.<o:p></o:p></span></div>
